You slide the exhaust section into position and rest the fuselage in the cradle. The aircraft’s own weight stabilises it.

Each part is covered in scratch-resistant protective film on both sides. Just remove the film before assembly.

Assembly steps are simple:

1. Remove protective film.

2. Gently push the pillar pins into the base notches.

3. Slide the cradle into the pillar.

4. Place your model.

Supastands fit without requiring any glue, but you can always add a drop of glue if that makes you feel safer 🙂

Supastands are designed to accommodate standard kit geometry within each aircraft type and scale. Because manufacturers vary slightly, the cradle system allows positioning flexibility to achieve proper balance.

Although each stand is designed for specific aircraft types, there are usually possibilities to fit other types too. A range of replacement cradles are planned. Modellers are also encouraged to use their own creativity to modify the stands to fit other aircraft types.

Our design philosophy is that the stand stand should disappear. Clear acrylic creates a sleek, unobtrusive in-flight display. Your aircraft is the art. The stand simply elevates it.

Supastands are designed, developed and produced in The Netherlands. Supastands are an EU product.

With normal use and care, Supastands will not damage your model. Take care to let the top coat on your model fully cure before placing it on the stand.

Some modellers choose to add extra protection (for example felt or small rubber nubs) in order to further protect their model, but it is not necessary.

Yes, we will. Small letterbox orders currently go through without any problems. There is, however, no telling if that may change in the future.
