Supernormal operates the Supastands webshop via WooCommerce and sells directly to consumers (B2C).

Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through the Supastands webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

Supastands designs and sells laser-cut clear acrylic display stands for scale model aircraft.

Key product characteristics:

– No drilling required
– No magnets
– No glue
– No screws or pins
– Gravity-based support system

All stands are designed to support finished models without modification. Gravity and geometry secure the model in place.

Minor variations in acrylic surface or laser cutting marks may occur and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via the WooCommerce webshop.

Accepted payment methods:

– iDEAL
– PayPal
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay
– Major credit cards

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Pre-orders and gift cards are not offered.

Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT (BTW) where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Supernormal reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

Supastands ships internationally from The Netherlands.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the specified address.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may be charged.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Supernormal via email at info@supastands.com within the withdrawal period.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and still have protective film intact.

Removal of the protective film is considered use of the product and voids the right of return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Damaged Goods Upon Arrival

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must email info@supastands.com and provide photographic proof.

After review, Supernormal may provide a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

Assembly & Replacement Parts

If a product breaks or is damaged during initial assembly, the customer may contact info@supastands.com.

Supernormal will review the situation and may provide replacement parts free of charge.

This does not apply in cases of careless handling, rough treatment, or improper use.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Liability

Supastands products are designed for secure in-flight display of scale model aircraft using gravity-based support.

Models are placed on the stand at the customer’s own risk.

Supernormal is not liable for damage to model aircraft resulting from incorrect placement, misuse, or instability caused by external factors.

Supernormal is not liable for damage caused by careless, rough, or improper handling of the stand.

Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted under Dutch law.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, images, logos and website content are the intellectual property of Supernormal.

They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Wholesale & B2B

Supastands currently sells B2C only.

Wholesale or B2B enquiries may be submitted via info@supastands.com. Separate agreements will apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of Oost-Brabant, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
