We want you to be completely happy with your Supastand.

If something isn’t right, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

– The stand must be unused
– The protective film must still be intact on all parts
– The product must be in original condition

Removal of the protective film is considered use of the product and voids return eligibility.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a part breaks during initial assembly, don’t panic.

We may provide replacement parts free of charge.

Damage caused by careless or rough treatment is not eligible for refund.
